How It Works

How working with us actually goes

Every case is different, but the steps to engage Always Canada Group follow the same simple flow. No surprises, no high-pressure sales.

Step 1 — Free assessment

Start with our free online assessment or a 20-minute phone consultation. We will review your profile and tell you honestly: which programs you qualify for, what your realistic chances are, and what improvements would help most.

What you bring: nothing formal — just your background details and goals. We can do this entirely by phone or video.

Step 2 — Strategy session (if you want to retain us)

If we are a good fit, we will have a deeper paid strategy session (typically CAD $300, credited toward your full retainer if you proceed) where we map out the specific pathway, document checklist, and timeline.

What you get: a written strategy document, retainer agreement, and document checklist.

Step 3 — Document preparation

We work with you to gather, review, and translate every required document. We catch the issues that cause refusals BEFORE you submit — wrong NOC codes, weak employment letters, missing financial documentation.

Timeline: typically 4-12 weeks depending on case complexity.

Step 4 — Filing

We prepare every form, every supporting letter, and submit your application through the appropriate IRCC, provincial, or ESDC portal. You see everything before it is submitted.

Your access: secure client portal where you can review forms, supporting documents, and submission confirmations.

Step 5 — Monitoring & response

Once filed, we monitor the case status and respond to any IRCC requests (additional documents, procedural fairness letters, GCMS-revealed concerns) on your behalf.

What you do: attend any required biometrics, medical exams, or interviews. We handle the paperwork.

Step 6 — Outcome & next steps

Whether approval, refusal, or request for more information — we walk you through what it means and what to do next. If approved, we help with landing logistics and PR card application. If refused, we evaluate appeal/reapplication options.
