1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About us

Always Canada Group provides Canadian immigration consulting services. Our consultants are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our principal RCIC license number is R706534.

3. Services and scope

We provide:

• Immigration assessments and pathway recommendations
• Application preparation, review, and submission to government authorities
• Procedural fairness, refusal, and appeal representation
• Employer-side LMIA, Global Talent Stream, and compliance services
• Free educational tools (CRS calculators, processing-time trackers, document checklists)

The specific services for each client are defined in their individual Retainer Agreement.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration decisions are made by IRCC, ESDC, provincial governments, or other Canadian authorities — not by Always Canada Group. We cannot guarantee approval of any application. Our role is to maximize the likelihood of success through professional preparation, accurate filing, and skilled advocacy.

5. Fees and payment

• Initial consultations are typically free (20 minutes by phone or video)
• Paid strategy sessions and retainer fees are agreed in writing before work begins
• Government filing fees (IRCC, biometrics, panel physician, ECA) are separate and paid by the client directly
• Refund policies are detailed in each Retainer Agreement

6. Client obligations

You agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
• Submit requested documents in a timely manner
• Disclose all relevant immigration history, including past refusals
• Not misrepresent yourself to IRCC or other authorities
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances

Misrepresentation may result in withdrawal of our services and a 5-year inadmissibility ban from Canada.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, calculators, checklists — is the property of Always Canada Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission. Free use of our calculator tools for personal assessment is permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Always Canada Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always posted on this page with the date of last revision.
